COVID-19 POEM - Rays of Sunshine

Hello and Peace be upon all!

Rise and Shine!!

Haha actually it's 11.09 pm now according to Malaysia time-

But, by the time I wrote this particular poem, it was around 7 am like that,

That's why haha- I wanna give off the vibes of morning with sunshine kinda thing.

Actually I wanna post by that time but I somehow was too lazy to switch on my laptop at that time hehe-

BTW, I write my poems collection as COVID-19 Poems because these poems were done during this pandemic. The phase where it hits differently-

Here in Malaysia now is not as bad as other countries. For now, almost 98% recovery in COVID-19 and left with around 70 affected only. Daily cases are only around 1-5 people only, thank God.

Thank you so much Malaysians, especially the honourable frontliners.

We did it! Almost there!!!

I remember I was staying at home the whole 3 months in Kuala Lumpur at my sister's house. Well it was nothing compared to what the frontliners did for sure.

Now I'm at my hometown, still not going out unless necessary.

Nonetheless, dear human beings, we must still try as much as possible to practice social distancing, self care etc.

LOL I was carried away with the pandemic, but my point here now I just want to say I write my poems as COVID-19 poems because I want to make these poems memorable. So, whenever I read them in the future I remember these poems were back during 2020 where Coronavirus attacked my country whatsoever haha. The time where I felt so free and bored and lonely until I decided to open up a blog and write poems and deal with another stuffs some more. However still, from the context of my poems, it's not necessarily classified under COVID-19 as I can say my poems can be universal too. When you read it, you can feel the different vibes. They are not written specifically for COVID-19, the're just written during the pandemic. Now I feel hilarious from explaining too much. OK- That's it.

Enough with the introduction , I think it was was beyond too much. Hence, without further ado, here goes another mediocre poem of mine;-

Rays of Sunshine

Rise and shine!

Look at the rays of sunshine,

Or is it the rays of tranquility?

Can you feel the calmness and serenity?

it's the majestic awe-inspiring sunrise to kick off your daybreak,

to set off your very first light of the day and break a leg.

Rise and shine!

Look at the rays of sunshine,

Wake up and catch sight how alluring the sunrise is,

Wake up and catch feels to treasure our nature as it is,

Our greatest exquisite, captivating and prepossesing

in our Mother Nature,

Who serves the living things with rays of sunbeams

without fail across the whole wide world,

Who offers a plethora of blessings to the people.

Rise and shine!

Look at the rays of sunshine,

Aint't it glamorous?

Be grateful with these virtues of goodness,
Be thankful to the Creator of the Universe,

Embrace those rays of the sunbeams,

Cause' it succours and shields,

as sunshine vitamins.

By the time I wrote this poem, what comes across my mind was the stunning sunrise I have witnessed during my high school days several years back-

Now, I can barely see any sunrise at my place unless I go for any hiking huhu.

When I was in my high school, I lived near the beach.

So I was able to witness sunrise every morning when I go to school.

I went to school as early as 6.20-6.30 am in my mom's car as my school was far from my home so I can see the sunrise most of the time-

I still recall how tiring it was going out early and coming back home late back to back,

But one of the reasons to be grateful - I was able to see the magnificent sunrise from great view.

Imagine how amazing it was to see the sunrise in the car along the beach on the road!

I cannot describe how beautiful it was. I was mesmerized every single time to the extent I didn't really capture much pictures as I was too engrossed. I might still some pics but I'm too lazy to do the searching ahha-

I never have intention to compare between sunrise and sunset, but I always prefer sunrise more than anything. I must say both give off different vibes-

IDK why but whenever I see the sunrise, I feel the soothing and calming effect despite I might have problems or discomfort at that time. I found solace. I feel good to start off the day.

It's like positive vibes coming in as I feel excited to welcome the beginning of the day with good things.

I found great comfort I can never find anywhere else.

It's really inexplicable tho-

You must experience on your own.

I reallyyyy wanna experience that moments once again.

Perhaps while listening to Keshi's - Blue.

Haha IDK why but that song but has the vibes I want when I wish to witness the sunrise along the beach. Down here is the song if you interested to listen to this gem!

All in all, don't forget to to appreciate our SUN!
